Arett’s story traces back to the Librett family’s early involvement in hardware retailing as far back as the 1920s, where customer relationships and hands-on service were the cornerstone of success. As lawn and garden retail emerged as a category of its own, Arett grew alongside it—helping independent stores navigate new products, changing seasons, and evolving customer need.
